The simple retail design posed multiple challenges to MnKhan architects. The project had to go through a parking amendment and a zoning variations to be able to built in the tight sight. Moreover the expensive clay solid rewired MnKhan to closely coordinate the design with civil and structural engineers. We also assisted the owner in the constructor selection process and through construction administration.
