Located at a prime intersection connecting UT Arlington and Arlington High School, this project breathed new life into a shuttered 1980s pizzeria. By retaining the core foundation and exterior shell, we executed a sustainable yet radical transformation. The interior was completely gutted to make way for a high - efficiency kitchen, while the facade received a
premium overhaul with modern storefront glazing, elevated finishes, and strategic lighting. The result is a vibrant, modern destination that seamlessly captures the heavy foot traffic of
the surrounding academic community.
