Self Center Spa

DFW Airport Terminal D & E
Concept design
580-1,450 s.f., budget $235,000 – 580,000

Self Center Spa strives to refresh and rejuvenate tired travelers after a long flight. With rich dark natural wood finishes, comfortable furnishing and tranquil soft music, the spa will be a getaway from the bright terminal lights. Self Center Spa will be a place to relax sore neck or back, enjoy the full body treatments, get the hair or nail done while waiting, or simply take a refreshing shower or buy brand name skin or hair care products. The spa flows from the retail area offering complimentary drinks transitioning though the lesser cut decorative wood panels to the semi-private massage area to the private massage rooms at the back end of the space. This will be the only facility with shower access for passengers who do not plan on checking into a hotel room.
