Mnkhan Architects were hired to design a portion of Alpha Commercial Center to house Kitchen of Kuchipudi (KOK), an authentic home style cooking of South Indian State of Telugu. The name “Kuchipudi”, came from a village of Telegu. Dallas franchise owner wanted to blend the traditional Telugu decor with modern themes in his restaurant.

The spaces is designed to have different seating arrangements and moods for a blend of traditional Indian space with contemporary flair. As for example, traditional “boithok” a more laid back seating area, a wall with water feature, a stone wall with alcoves for Hindu deities, full service bar and a party hall for event reservations and large gatherings. The restaurant opens doors right before the holidays, hosted, New Years eve 2017 and becoming a popular destinations of busy younger adults.
